Exhibit on Martin Luther King Jr. at Port Louis Theater

The U.S. Embassy in collaboration with the Municipality of Port Louis will display an exhibit on the life and the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. at the foyer of the Port Louis Theater, on January 31 thru February 3, 2006.

The paper show describes the achievements of Martin Luther King, Jr., as the central leader of the civil rights movement in the 1960s, and it illustrates the positive impact of his work on American life three decades later. 

The exhibit is open to the public on Wednesday, February 1 from 9 a.m. to noon, and Thursday, February 2 and Friday, February 3 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
